Gate: scope & scriptWe develop character references, environments and style frames so you can approve the look before full shot production.
Gate: visual directionCoverage, action, dialogue, camera intent and continuity requirements are mapped shot by shot.
Gate: storyboardSelected shots are generated and reviewed for identity, motion, props and dialogue; failed shots go back for correction.
Control: shot-level reviewApproved shots become a paced edit with the agreed voice-over, dialogue, captions, music and sound treatment.
Gate: picture reviewConsolidated feedback is resolved within the agreed revision rounds, followed by the final master and scoped versions.
Gate: final acceptanceTest the visual direction, character treatment and working process before commissioning a full film or episode package. If the pilot proves the fit, the full production is quoted against an approved reference—not an unseen promise.

Yes. We can break down a locked script into characters, scenes, shots and production constraints, then submit visual direction and storyboards for approval. Scriptwriting or script changes are included only when explicitly listed in the written scope.
We produce AI-assisted narrative pilots, vertical short dramas, brand and product films, and historical or cultural storytelling. The samples on this page show realistic character work, commercial B-roll and stylized historical production.
We establish approved character and scene references, carry identity anchors into each shot, and review identity, wardrobe, props and action shot by shot. Failed shots are regenerated or corrected in the edit rather than accepted merely because a generation run completed.
The one-minute pilot is paid. We quote it after reviewing the script or brief, visual direction, aspect ratio, dialogue, deliverables and revision requirements. You receive the scope, fee and schedule in writing before payment or production.
Timing depends on script length, cast, scene complexity, dialogue and approval cycles. We confirm a realistic schedule after reviewing the material; we do not promise a delivery date before that review.
Yes. English and Chinese production are available, including voice-over, captions and aspect-ratio versions when included in the scope. The China Sourcing sample on this page uses English voice-over and captions.
